Payment
Prices are indicated in US Dollars. We offer payment via Paypal and with credit card through the South African payment gateway PayFast. For South African customers, PayFast also offers the option to pay via Instant EFT. During checkout you will be redirected to the secure payment environment of their websites.
Shipping
Shipping rates are automatically calculated during checkout. Shipping is done with DHL from Germany. Costumers will receive a tracking number. Transit times vary depending on the destination. Please contact us for details.
Courier service is available on request.
Customers are responsible for any customs issues and charges in the destination country. Customs delays may occur, which is, however, beyond our control.
Damaged specimens
If you receive a specimen that has been damaged in transit, please email us immediately and we will contact you with details regarding the refund or replacement of the specimen. We require proof of damage in the form of photographic evidence of the damage to the parcel (prior to opening).
